How Septic Systems Work
The drainfield (also known as the leachfield, absorption bed, disposal field, or seepage field) accepts and processes wastewater from the septic tank before it returns to natural aquifers below the earth's surface. All systems need the ability of the drainfield soil to absorb water. That's why Mountain Top provides inspections and repairs for your septic system—we make sure it works and is draining properly.
